1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a limited refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with our platform, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we detect abuse of our policy.
