ALERO ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
Last Updated: August 1, 2026
AleroCore Technologies is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of its websites and digital services for people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and Alero continues to review and improve its website, forms, documents, Reasoning Bar, and digital features as resources and technology allow.
This Accessibility Statement applies to aleroai.ai and Alero-operated websites, customer portals, applications, Reasoning Bars, and other digital services controlled by AleroCore Technologies. Third-party websites and customer-controlled implementations may be governed by separate accessibility practices.
1. Our Accessibility Commitment
Alero seeks to reduce accessibility barriers and improve the usability of its digital services for people who use assistive technologies or alternative methods of navigating, reading, hearing, understanding, or interacting with digital content.
Alero uses recognized accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, as a reference when evaluating and improving its digital services. Alero does not currently represent or warrant that every page, feature, document, integration, or third-party component fully conforms to any particular accessibility standard.
2. Accessibility Features and Practices
Depending on the applicable page, feature, browser, device, and implementation, Alero may support accessibility through practices such as:
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
- Visible focus indicators;
- Descriptive headings, labels, and link text;
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate;
- Readable color contrast and scalable text;
- Form labels, instructions, and error messages;
- Responsive layouts for different screen sizes and zoom levels;
- Support for screen readers and other assistive technologies where technically feasible; and
- Captions, transcripts, or alternative formats for applicable audio or video content where available.
3. Alero Reasoning Bar and AI Features
Alero seeks to make the Reasoning Bar and related artificial intelligence features usable through common keyboard and assistive-technology interactions.
AI-generated responses may not always be formatted perfectly for every assistive technology or accessibility need. Users may report an accessibility barrier or request reasonable assistance using the contact information below.
4. Third-Party Content and Customer Installations
Alero may link to, integrate with, or appear on websites and services operated by independent customers or third parties.
Alero does not control every aspect of third-party content, customer websites, connected services, documents, videos, or integrations. The accessibility of those materials may depend on the organization that owns or operates them.
Customers that embed or configure Alero are responsible for the accessibility of their own websites, content, forms, disclosures, and customer-specific configurations.
5. Known Limitations and Ongoing Improvement
Digital accessibility is an ongoing process. Some pages, features, documents, integrations, customer installations, or older content may not yet provide an equivalent experience for every user or assistive technology.
Alero may review, test, remediate, and improve accessibility as its services, technology, standards, resources, and user needs evolve.
6. Requesting Assistance or an Alternative Format
A person who has difficulty accessing Alero content or functionality may request assistance or an alternative method of obtaining information or completing a task.
When making a request, please identify the page, feature, document, or task involved; describe the barrier encountered;
and, where helpful, provide the device, browser, assistive technology, and preferred method of contact or assistance.
Alero will review accessibility requests in good faith and make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an alternative method of access based on the circumstances, available technology, and applicable legal requirements.
7. Reporting an Accessibility Barrier
Accessibility concerns may include difficulty using keyboard navigation, reading content with a screen reader, understanding form instructions, distinguishing text or controls, accessing multimedia, or completing a task because of a digital barrier.
Reports should include enough detail for Alero to locate and evaluate the issue. Screenshots, device information, browser details, and the name of any assistive technology may be helpful but are not required.
8. No Guarantee of Universal Compatibility
Alero does not represent or warrant that every page, feature, document, customer installation, connected service, third- party component, or item of content is fully accessible, fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, or fully conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines or any other accessibility standard.
Nothing in this Statement is intended to limit any accessibility right or obligation that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to This Statement
Alero may update this Accessibility Statement as its services and accessibility practices evolve.
The “Last Updated” date identifies the most recent published version.
