ALERO WEBSITE, AI, VOICE, AND CONNECTED SERVICES
DISCLAIMER
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
Last Updated: August 1, 2026 This Website, Artificial Intelligence, Voice, and Connected Services Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to aleroai.ai and any related websites, applications, portals, demonstrations, widgets, Reasoning Bars, artificial intelligence features, lead- capture tools, voice features, communications, subscriptions, connected services, and technology made available by AleroCore Technologies and its affiliated brands, operators, contractors, licensors, and service providers.
In this Disclaimer, "Alero," "we," "us," and "our" refer collectively to AleroCore Technologies and the parties supporting the operation of the Alero platform.
By accessing, interacting with, or using aleroai.ai or any Alero-powered service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer.
1. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
Alero uses artificial intelligence, automated systems, software models, databases, instructions, workflows, integrations, customer-supplied information, and other technologies to generate responses, organize information, assist with communications, support business processes, collect inquiries, and provide interactive experiences.
When you interact with the Alero Reasoning Bar, a demonstration, website widget, automated assistant, customer portal, voice assistant, or another Alero-powered feature, you may be communicating with an artificial intelligence system rather than a human representative.
Artificial intelligence generates outputs through computational processes and does not possess human consciousness, personal experience, professional judgment, or independent knowledge of your complete circumstances.
An Alero-generated response should not be treated as the judgment, statement, approval, authorization, or decision of a qualified human professional unless an authorized human representative separately confirms it.
2. AI Outputs May Be Inaccurate
Artificial intelligence can produce information that is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased, inconsistent, offensive, fabricated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. An answer may appear confident, detailed, or authoritative even when it is inaccurate.
Alero does not guarantee that any response, summary, recommendation, calculation, explanation, prediction, translation, classification, quotation, citation, reference, transcript, or other output is accurate, complete, current, original, unbiased, lawful, appropriate, suitable for a particular purpose, or reliable for decision-making.
You should independently review and verify all material information before relying on it, publishing it, communicating it to another person, or taking action based upon it.
3. General Information Only
Information provided through Alero is offered for general informational, educational, organizational, communication- support, and business-support purposes only.
Alero does not provide legal, financial, investment, securities, accounting, tax, medical, mental-health, insurance, real- estate brokerage, engineering, architectural, employment, regulatory, compliance, cybersecurity, or other licensed or professional advice.
No response generated by Alero creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, physician-patient, broker-client, fiduciary, consultant-client, or other licensed or professional relationship.
You should consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional before making decisions involving legal rights, money, taxes, investments, health, safety, contracts, property, employment, regulatory obligations, insurance, or other significant matters.
4. No Confidentiality or Professional Privilege
Submitting information to Alero does not, by itself, create a confidential, fiduciary, professional, or privileged relationship with Alero or with a business operating an Alero installation.
Contacting a lawyer, accountant, medical provider, real-estate professional, financial professional, or other service provider through an Alero-powered feature does not establish a professional-client relationship unless and until that professional expressly agrees to the relationship.
Do not submit confidential legal communications, protected health information, financial account credentials, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information unless the applicable service expressly authorizes the submission and provides an approved method for doing so.
Information submitted through a general Alero interface should not be assumed to be protected by attorney-client privilege, physician-patient confidentiality, accountant-client confidentiality, or another professional privilege.
5. No Emergency or Crisis Services
Alero is not an emergency, crisis-response, medical-treatment, law-enforcement, public-safety, suicide-prevention, or emergency-dispatch service.
Do not use Alero to obtain assistance during a medical emergency, mental-health crisis, threat of violence, fire, crime in progress, dangerous or life-threatening event, or other urgent situation. Contact the appropriate emergency service, public authority, crisis resource, or qualified professional directly.
Do not assume that information entered into Alero will be reviewed by a human, delivered immediately, monitored continuously, or routed to an emergency responder.
6. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase an Alero subscription, create a business account, or accept terms on behalf of an organization.
If you use Alero on behalf of a company, organization, partnership, nonprofit, government entity, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to the applicable agreements.
Individuals under 18 may use an authorized Alero service only with the permission and appropriate supervision of a parent, legal guardian, school, organization, or other responsible adult, where permitted by law. Alero’s general website and business services are not directed to children under 13.
7. No Guarantee of Business Results
Alero may provide tools intended to assist businesses with customer engagement, lead capture, communications, marketing, sales processes, operations, automation, analytics, scheduling, customer support, or decision support.
Alero does not guarantee increased revenue, profits, sales, leads, appointments, conversions, website traffic, engagement, customer retention, reduced operating costs, approval for financing or other opportunities, any specific search-engine or marketing result, that a prospective customer will respond or transact, that Alero will replace employees or professionals, or any specific financial, operational, commercial, or personal outcome.
Examples, forecasts, demonstrations, projections, testimonials, illustrations, estimates, and hypothetical scenarios are provided for explanatory purposes and are not guarantees of future performance.
Actual results depend on factors outside Alero’s control, including the customer’s business, market conditions, pricing, implementation, staffing, customer behavior, regulatory requirements, website traffic, data quality, sales practices, industry conditions, and use of the services.
8. Calculations, Estimates, and Projections
Calculations, estimates, projections, scores, comparisons, budgets, savings illustrations, financial examples, timelines, and performance forecasts generated through Alero may rely on assumptions, incomplete information, customer-supplied data, or automated methods.
They may contain mathematical, factual, formatting, interpretation, or data-processing errors and should not be treated as audited, independently verified, guaranteed, professionally prepared, or suitable for reliance without review.
Users are responsible for confirming all amounts, formulas, dates, rates, fees, taxes, measurements, eligibility standards, assumptions, and source data before making a payment, signing an agreement, submitting information, or making a business, financial, legal, or operational decision.
9. Alero-Powered Customer Websites
Alero may be installed on websites owned or operated by independent businesses, organizations, professionals, agencies, nonprofits, institutions, or other customers.
The presence of an Alero-powered feature does not mean that Alero owns, operates, supervises, licenses, endorses, manages, or controls that customer or its business.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer operating the applicable website is solely responsible for its products, services, prices, qualifications, professional licenses, disclosures, representations, customer communications, appointments, transactions, offers, policies, employees, contractors, and compliance with applicable law.
Alero provides technology and does not become a party to a transaction merely because an interaction, inquiry, lead, appointment request, payment request, or communication is processed through an Alero-powered feature.
10. Customer-Specific Information
Certain Alero installations may be configured using information supplied by the business or organization operating the website on which Alero appears.
That customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, authorization, and maintenance of its product and service descriptions, prices, hours, availability, policies, eligibility requirements, professional claims, licensing information, promotions, disclosures, and other customer-specific content.
Alero does not independently verify every statement, representation, price, policy, license, qualification, or claim provided by its customers. Information concerning a particular business should be confirmed directly with that business before you rely upon it or complete a transaction.
11. Customer Configuration and Administration
Alero customers may configure instructions, content sources, response rules, integrations, workflows, lead-routing procedures, user permissions, communications, and other aspects of their Alero installation.
The applicable customer is responsible for reviewing its configuration, testing its implementation, maintaining accurate and current information, obtaining necessary permissions and consents, managing user access, monitoring customer communications, reviewing automated workflows, and ensuring that its use of Alero complies with applicable laws and professional obligations.
Alero is not responsible for inaccurate, unauthorized, discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate results caused primarily by customer-supplied information, customer instructions, unauthorized configuration changes, third-party data, or a customer’s misuse of the service.
12. No Authority to Bind a Business
Unless expressly confirmed by an authorized human representative, an Alero-generated response does not constitute a binding quote, offer, acceptance, approval, reservation, appointment, warranty, contract, legal commitment, financing approval, professional opinion, or transaction authorization.
Prices, availability, eligibility, product details, service terms, appointment times, financing terms, policies, and transaction information remain subject to confirmation by an authorized representative of the applicable business.
An AI-generated statement cannot modify a signed agreement, waive a legal right, create a binding obligation, or override the official policies of Alero or an Alero customer.
13. Human Review and High-Impact Decisions
Users should apply independent judgment and appropriate human review before using Alero outputs to make decisions that may materially affect another person.
Alero should not be used as the sole basis for decisions involving employment, housing, lending, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal rights, public benefits, safety, eligibility, professional licensing, or access to essential services.
Businesses using Alero are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable laws, professional duties, internal policies, human-review requirements, consumer-protection standards, and nondiscrimination obligations.
14. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the questions, prompts, instructions, documents, data, information, and other content you submit;
ensuring that you are authorized to submit the information; determining whether an output is appropriate; reviewing outputs before use; confirming important facts; obtaining professional advice where appropriate; maintaining copies;
protecting accounts and credentials; complying with applicable obligations; and taking responsibility for decisions and actions made using Alero-generated information.
You assume responsibility for your reliance on Alero outputs and for the consequences of decisions or actions taken based upon them.
15. Accuracy of User-Provided Information
The quality, accuracy, and relevance of an AI response depend in part on the information supplied by the user.
Alero is not responsible for errors, losses, misunderstandings, or inappropriate outputs caused by user information that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, misleading, unauthorized, or presented without necessary context.
You should not assume that Alero can independently determine whether information you provide is true, complete, lawful, current, or authorized.
16. Sensitive and Confidential Information
Do not submit information that you are not authorized to disclose.
Unless an Alero feature specifically requests the information through an approved and secured process, do not enter passwords, authentication codes, private keys, API keys, access credentials, complete payment-card or bank-account information, Social Security numbers, tax-identification numbers, government identification numbers, protected health information, detailed medical records, confidential legal communications, trade secrets, highly sensitive business information, information concerning children, biometric information, genetic information, or any information whose disclosure could create a privacy, legal, security, or financial risk.
Electronic systems cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information submitted through Alero may be processed by authorized service providers, technology vendors, and customer systems as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and customer notices.
17. Conversation Storage and Review
Interactions with Alero may be logged, stored, retained, analyzed, or reviewed by automated systems and, where appropriate, authorized personnel for purposes including providing the service, maintaining security, investigating misuse, preventing fraud, resolving technical issues, evaluating performance, improving functionality, supporting customers, enforcing policies, and complying with legal obligations.
Do not submit information through Alero that you would not want processed or retained in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Alero does not represent that conversations are confidential, privileged, anonymous, reviewed only by automated systems, or immediately deleted unless Alero has expressly agreed to those conditions in writing.
18. Lead Information and Customer Data
When you use an Alero-powered feature on a customer’s website, information you submit may be received, accessed, stored, and used by the customer operating the website, Alero, authorized service providers, customer-relationship- management platforms, communications providers, scheduling providers, and other systems supporting the requested interaction.
The applicable customer may use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, provide requested information, deliver services, manage customer relationships, schedule appointments, conduct follow-up communications, evaluate eligibility, maintain records, or perform other purposes disclosed at the time of collection.
Alero does not control how an independent customer uses information after it has been delivered to that customer. You should review both Alero’s Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the website or business with which you are interacting.
19. Consent to Communications
Submitting contact information does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.
Any consent to receive recurring marketing telephone calls, text messages, prerecorded messages, artificial-voice communications, automated communications, or emails should be presented separately at the applicable point of collection.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless expressly permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply. Communication frequency may vary. Instructions for opting out should be provided in the applicable communication.
20. Voice, Audio, and Recorded Interactions
Certain Alero-powered services may support voice conversations, telephone calls, audio messages, transcription, speech generation, call analysis, or other audio-based features.
Users may be interacting with an artificial or computer-generated voice rather than a human representative. A voice that sounds natural or human should not be interpreted as confirmation that a human is speaking.
Where permitted by applicable law and after any required notice or consent, voice or telephone interactions may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, summarized, retained, or reviewed for purposes such as providing the service, responding to requests, maintaining records, improving performance, quality assurance, training authorized personnel, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Recording and consent laws vary by jurisdiction. Alero customers are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining required permissions, configuring voice features appropriately, and complying with applicable laws.
AI-generated voices, transcripts, summaries, and interpretations may contain errors. Important statements, commitments, instructions, names, numbers, dates, prices, and transaction details should be independently confirmed.
21. Lead Forms and Communications
Submitting a question, contact form, lead form, request for information, appointment request, or message does not guarantee that a representative will respond or that any requested service will be available.
Where permitted by law and based on the consent or permissions provided, information submitted through Alero may be delivered to Alero, the business operating the relevant Alero installation, or authorized service providers.
Communications sent by email, text message, telephone, automated system, or another channel may be delayed, filtered, interrupted, misdelivered, blocked, duplicated, or unavailable.
Do not use a general contact form or AI interface for urgent, time-sensitive, legally required, confidential, or formal notices.
22. Sources, Citations, and Current Information
Alero may generate answers using customer-provided materials, publicly available information, external websites, third- party databases, uploaded documents, internal business content, search results, connected systems, or other information sources.
The inclusion of a citation, link, quotation, source reference, or retrieved fact does not guarantee that the source is accurate, current, complete, authentic, unbiased, lawful, or applicable to your circumstances.
Websites, laws, prices, schedules, regulations, availability, professional requirements, and databases may change after an answer is generated. Time-sensitive information should be confirmed directly with an authoritative source before action is taken.
23. Translations and Multilingual Outputs
Alero may generate or translate content in multiple languages. Machine-generated translations may contain errors, omit context, misinterpret terminology, or fail to reflect regional, cultural, legal, technical, or professional distinctions.
Translated content is provided for convenience only unless an authorized representative expressly confirms otherwise.
Where a translation conflicts with an original or officially approved version, the original or officially approved version will control.
Important translated information should be reviewed by a qualified human translator before it is relied upon for legal, medical, financial, contractual, safety-related, regulatory, or other significant purposes.
24. Recommendations, Rankings, and Commercial Relationships
Any recommendation, comparison, ranking, suggested provider, product reference, service reference, or business reference generated through Alero may be based on available information, customer-supplied instructions, technical configurations, third-party data, business rules, automated criteria, or commercial considerations.
A recommendation does not guarantee quality, suitability, availability, licensing, pricing, safety, legality, or performance.
Where Alero or an applicable customer receives compensation, referral fees, commissions, sponsorship payments, advertising revenue, or another material benefit connected to a recommendation, disclosures required by applicable law should be provided clearly and near the applicable recommendation.
25. Third-Party Artificial Intelligence and Service Providers
Alero may use or interact with third-party artificial intelligence models, cloud providers, hosting services, databases, analytics platforms, customer-relationship-management systems, communications providers, payment processors, scheduling systems, security providers, search services, and other technology vendors.
Alero does not control every feature, output, policy, security practice, availability decision, interruption, model change, or operational decision made by those third parties.
Third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, fees, limitations, availability requirements, and geographic restrictions. References to a third-party product, business, service, technology, or website do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee unless expressly stated.
26. Connected Systems and Automated Actions
Alero may connect with third-party accounts, applications, databases, communications platforms, calendars, customer- relationship-management systems, payment services, scheduling tools, websites, and other external systems.
Depending on the applicable service and permissions granted, Alero may assist with or initiate actions such as creating records, routing leads, drafting or sending communications, scheduling appointments, updating information, triggering workflows, retrieving data, generating tasks, transferring information between systems, or performing other authorized actions.
Automated or AI-assisted actions may be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, duplicated, misdirected, or based on misunderstood instructions.
Users and customers are responsible for reviewing permissions, limiting access appropriately, confirming material actions, monitoring connected systems, reviewing important communications, maintaining suitable human oversight, protecting connected accounts, and revoking access when no longer required.
Alero should not be granted access or authority beyond what is reasonably necessary for the intended use. Alero does not guarantee that a connected system will accept, complete, preserve, reverse, or accurately record an attempted action. The terms and limitations of the applicable third-party system also apply.
27. External Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, platforms, documents, services, or resources.
Alero does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, accessibility, legality, content, products, services, privacy practices, or policies of external resources. You access third-party resources at your own discretion and risk.
28. Security, Manipulation, and Unauthorized Use
Users may not attempt to bypass security controls, obtain hidden instructions, extract confidential system information, access another person’s data, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate Alero into violating restrictions, probe or test systems without authorization, scrape the service through unauthorized automated means, overload the service, circumvent usage limits, impersonate another person, or use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful activity.
Alero may restrict, suspend, log, investigate, report, or block activity reasonably believed to threaten the security, integrity, availability, lawful operation, or users of the service.
29. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid Alero services may be processed through third-party payment processors. Alero does not directly control the payment processor’s systems, underwriting decisions, authorization procedures, security practices, interruptions, transaction processing times, or account restrictions.
Prices, billing intervals, setup fees, subscription terms, renewals, cancellation procedures, refund rights, and other payment conditions are governed by the applicable order form, checkout disclosure, subscription agreement, customer agreement, or Terms of Service.
Completing a payment does not guarantee that every feature will be available in every location, browser, device, website configuration, customer account, or third-party environment.
30. Demonstrations, Trials, and Beta Features
Public demonstrations, free questions, previews, sample responses, beta features, trial features, and test environments are provided for evaluation purposes.
They may have limited functionality, usage restrictions, temporary availability, different security controls, different data- retention practices, reduced support, different integrations, or different performance from a paid production service.
A demonstration does not constitute a promise that a particular feature will be included in a purchased service. Alero may modify, suspend, restrict, limit, or discontinue a demonstration, trial, beta feature, or free service at any time.
31. Availability and Technical Limitations
Alero does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous access to the website or services.
Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet failures, hosting interruptions, third-party outages, cybersecurity events, compatibility issues, traffic levels, software errors, data corruption, user or customer configuration, regulatory restrictions, or events beyond Alero’s reasonable control.
Responses and automated actions may be delayed, duplicated, truncated, unavailable, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, or lost. Features may change as technology, law, business requirements, security conditions, and third-party systems evolve.
32. Intellectual Property and Generated Content
Alero does not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique, protectable, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use.
Artificial intelligence may generate content that resembles content created for other users or material available from third parties.
Before publishing or commercially using generated text, images, names, slogans, software, designs, marketing materials, business concepts, audio, transcripts, or other content, you are responsible for reviewing it for intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, licensing, defamation, and other legal concerns.
No ownership right in third-party material is transferred merely because it appears in an Alero-generated response.
33. Prohibited Reliance and Uses
You should not rely on Alero to diagnose or treat a medical or mental-health condition; determine whether to buy, sell, or hold an investment; prepare or file a legally binding document without qualified review; calculate taxes without verification;
establish regulatory compliance without professional review; make safety-critical decisions; replace required inspections, evaluations, approvals, or professional services; determine a person’s legal rights or eligibility for essential services;
conduct background checks without lawful procedures; make high-impact decisions without human review; or generate unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
Use of Alero does not relieve you of any duty to investigate, disclose, obtain consent, retain records, protect information, supervise employees, or comply with applicable law.
34. Testimonials and Examples
Testimonials, case studies, customer statements, examples, and success stories describe individual experiences and may not represent the experience of every customer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, illustrative conversations, sample businesses, projected results, interface mockups, and example use cases may be hypothetical, simplified, or presented for demonstration purposes. They should not be interpreted as typical-results claims, guarantees, promises, or assurances of future performance.
35. Geographic and Jurisdictional Limitations
Alero may be accessible from multiple locations, but its availability does not mean that the service or any generated information is lawful, accurate, suitable, licensed, or available in every jurisdiction.
Laws, professional requirements, consumer rights, taxes, prices, business practices, recording requirements, and service availability differ by location. Users and customers are responsible for determining the laws and requirements that apply in their jurisdiction.
References to laws, regulations, or professional standards should not be assumed to apply outside the jurisdiction expressly identified.
36. Children
Alero’s general website and business services are not directed to children under 13. Children should not submit personal information through Alero without the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Organizations using Alero in educational, youth, family, or child-related settings are responsible for obtaining required consent, providing required notices, applying suitable safeguards, limiting data collection, supervising use, and complying with applicable children’s privacy and safety laws.
37. Accessibility
Alero seeks to provide accessible digital experiences. However, Alero does not represent that every feature, page, integration, document, third-party service, customer installation, or piece of content will be accessible to every user or compatible with every assistive technology.
Users who experience an accessibility barrier may contact Alero at [insert accessibility email address] to report the issue or request information in an alternative format. Alero will review accessibility requests and concerns in accordance with applicable law and available resources.
38. Privacy
This Disclaimer does not describe every way Alero collects, uses, retains, discloses, shares, or protects personal information.
Please review Alero’s Privacy Policy and any applicable Notice at Collection for information about data practices and privacy rights.
Businesses operating their own Alero installation may have separate privacy obligations and policies. When an Alero feature appears on another organization’s website, both Alero’s policies and that organization’s policies may apply depending on the circumstances.
39. Reporting Errors and Concerns
Users may report suspected inaccuracies, harmful outputs, privacy concerns, security issues, accessibility barriers, inappropriate content, unauthorized recordings, automated-action errors, or suspected misuse by contacting Alero at [insert support or legal email address].
Alero may review reported content but does not guarantee that every report will result in a response, correction, removal, refund, reversal, suspension, or modification.
Where an answer, communication, or action concerns an independent customer or connected third-party service, users may also need to contact that customer or third party directly.
40. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Alero services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Alero disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, quiet enjoyment, and results.
Alero does not warrant that the services will meet every user’s requirements; outputs will be accurate, complete, lawful, or appropriate; defects or errors will be corrected; the services will be free from viruses, harmful code, or security vulnerabilities; information will never be lost, disclosed, altered, or accessed without authorization; connected systems will perform requested actions correctly; or any particular result will occur.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
41. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alero and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected with your access to or use of the website or services; inability to access or use them; reliance on an AI-generated output; errors, omissions, delays, interruptions, inaccuracies, automated- action failures, or voice and transcription errors; loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, customers, data, or anticipated savings; decisions made or actions taken using Alero; conduct or content of another user or third party;
unauthorized access to, alteration of, or loss of information; or third-party services, integrations, websites, communications systems, connected accounts, or payment systems.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even when Alero has been advised that damages may occur.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional limitation of liability applicable to a paid Alero service will be stated in the governing Terms of Service, subscription agreement, order form, or written customer agreement.
42. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of Alero; submitted content; violation of another person’s rights;
misuse of the service; improper configuration or authorization of connected systems; failure to obtain required voice, recording, communications, or privacy consent; violation of applicable law; or failure to comply with the governing Terms of Service.
Any formal indemnification obligation applicable to a paid service will be governed by the applicable Terms of Service, subscription agreement, or customer agreement.
43. Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to waive, restrict, disclaim, or exclude any consumer right, remedy, warranty, disclosure, duty, or protection that cannot legally be waived, restricted, disclaimed, or excluded.
If any provision of this Disclaimer is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
44. Changes to Information and Services
Information, features, pricing, plans, product descriptions, integrations, voice capabilities, connected-system functionality, availability, policies, and this Disclaimer may be changed or updated.
The “Last Updated” date identifies the most recent published revision. Continued use of the website after a revision becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Disclaimer to the extent permitted by law.
45. Relationship to Other Agreements
This Disclaimer supplements Alero’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Notice at Collection, Accessibility Statement, subscription terms, checkout disclosures, voice and recording notices, order forms, customer agreements, data-processing agreements, and other written agreements.
If a specific written agreement between you and Alero conflicts with this Disclaimer, the specific written agreement will control with respect to the subject matter of that conflict.
